	Satellite Communications theory and system operation training can be provided to individuals or classes of up to 10 persons depending on the facilities used. Courses are thorough and comprehensive in nature resulting in effective operations personnel. Let experience and knowledge be the tools for a smooth running fleet. Courses can be tailored and customized to individual needs complete with printed notes and procedures.

	Safety is extremely important when working around live television vehicles. SureLink Communications has a safety awareness program in place to fully convey all of the hazards and provide the procedures to personnel. It is important to provide this to all who work around these vehicles, not just the operators. In an industry where formal training is not readily available, SureLink Communications can provide the necessary courses to allow a safe operating fleet of vehicles.

	Maintenance of live television vehicles is extremely important when considering the capital investment involved. Breakdowns can be very costly, but can be avoided if proper maintenance is carried out. Support is available through training courses to technical staff or SureLink can perform the work as required. Telephone support can also be provided for operations or maintenance of systems. Many of the older vehicles that are still in use may continue to operate with this support. System upgrades can also bring a technically outdated system back to life. Upgrades from analogue to digital transmission can accomplish this. SureLink is available to help with the much needed support of live television vehicles.

	SureLink Communications will develop engineering drawings (equipment layout, baseband system wiring, and RF system integration) as part of a new installation or site upgrade. Alternatively, design advice based on industry experience can be provided. An example of this service would be the commissioning of a new satellite news vehicle. Based on the requirements of the customer, SureLink could prepare layout drawings of rack space, floor layout, power system configuration, and HVAC configuration. Upon concept approval with the customer, SureLink would complete design drawings for baseband and RF systems, and prepare an installation package with wirelists, and cable and consumables requirements.
